Paresh C. Shah is a veteran operations leader and advisor specializing in business process optimization, organizational transformation, Quality systems, and environmental management.

With a robust educational foundation as a Mechanical Engineer (Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya) and an MBA in Operations Management, he has bridged technical engineering precision with executive business strategy across his career.

Global Pedigree

Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt and trained directly on Lean Principles at a renowned Lean Academy in Hino, Japan.

Executive Leadership

Former Chief Operations Officer (COO) leading a major Greenfield project for a wind turbine manufacturing facility. Highly experienced in plant construction, supply chain, and global technology transfers.

Prior to founding his own venture in 2016, Paresh held senior management and advisory positions with leading organizations. He has extensive experience across the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Plastics, Renewable Energy, and Heavy Engineering industries.
